Privacy notice
We hold only what you type into the form or tell us on the phone, and we use it to connect you with a gate contractor. This notice covers where it goes, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you use the quote form, we receive what you type: your name and phone number, and anything else you choose to add, such as an email address, the job, the opening width, the power at the gate, nearby cross streets and notes. When you call, we hear what you tell us on the call.
The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts and has no tracking pixels. Like any website, the hosting service records technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
How it is used and who receives it
- The gate contractor. We pass your request to one licensed gate contractor so they can contact you about it, which is why the form exists. The contractor handles your details under their own practices once they have them.
- Service providers. The form is delivered to us by email through an email delivery service, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. They process the data only to provide those services.
- Nobody else. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long it is kept, and your choices
We keep a request only as long as it takes to handle it and follow up, and delete it when it is no longer needed. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will pass a deletion request on to the contractor who received your details.
